Venetian Plaster is a very fine, very old European technique, relatively new to the American market. My Venetian Plaster encompasses many colors, used in two to five layers. This layering of colors is my own special technique.

This layering of colors results in limitless design possibilities and it can be as simple or as intricate as you would like.

The finish on Venetian Plaster has a three dimensional look to it and can be very dramatic. When you touch it, you expect it to have a deep texture, but it does not, in fact it is highly polished and very smooth.

The technique uses marble powders that are mixed into paint, hence the patterns and three dimensional quality.
